THE INNOVATIVE PROJECT INITIATIVE

WCCE has been working for about a year to develop a new initiative whose main target is young engineers. This initiative is a platform for showcasing projects and a unique window where engineers can demonstrate their innovation capacity. It allows them to share particular project characteristics, design, investigation, or study characteristics. Brief explanations and up to five photos could be uploaded to our site to demonstrate the kind of projects our engineers have worked on. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to showcase your work and connect with a global community of engineers.

In the same project sheet, the author’s name, the contact email, the year of the project, a description of the subject project and a detailed description of the particularities that make the project “innovative” are displayed.

Candidates can upload the information for their projects through a form found here. The project is uploaded and shown after peers review and accept the submittal. On that page, all the selected projects are included in a drop-down menu from which the user can choose. Two cases are preloaded as examples, which you can check here

We firmly believe that the Innovative Project Initiative is more than just a platform for showcasing projects. It's a rich source of inspiration and learning, offering a unique opportunity for both young and experienced engineers to gain practical insights and innovative ideas to tackle their challenges. It also provides a convenient way for participants to share their work with their networks, thereby expanding the reach and impact of their projects. This initiative is not just about showcasing; it's about learning, networking, and growing together.
